The last two years have made us think very differently and raise the importance of movement in our otherwise sedentary lifestyle. Fitness All Together (FAT) is one of the leaders in outdoor workouts in Auckland but is also accessible anywhere in New Zealand with their new on-demand platform.

While still running High Intensity Interval Training sessions at Silo Park, Wynyard Quarter, FAT is mainly on the road, offering different types of exercise to corporate employees all over Auckland. Whether it's in a park or carpark, their team focused workout is not designed to create the fittest people on earth, but mainly about helping employees disconnect from the office environment, by moving and interacting differently with their colleagues. No time for judgment, the friendly environment naturally breaks barriers and creates huge positive changes in the company culture.

Nowadays, most corporate employees are partially or fully working from home. This is the reason why FAT is now offering Live Workouts to help colleagues to connect, interact, sweat or even meditate “all together”. Give it a go, it’s fun!

Whether you don’t like your colleagues, the gym or simply don’t have time to train with your friends, then FAT ON DEMAND is your best solution. With over 75 HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, and Stretching workouts, you’ll never get bored. Join an online community, train with your friends or family at home with no equipment necessary.

Jump on the FAT website or contact our friend Kevin at kevin@fitnessalltogether.co.nz for more info. Otherwise, give them a follow on Instagram for daily motivation!
