L'Alliance Française de Manille, en collaboration avec l'Ambassade de France aux Philippines, "Tourism Promotions Board of the Philippines", et B-Side Productions présentent la 22ème édition de la Fête de la Musique à Manille les 18 et 23 juin 2016. La Fête se déroulera sur 2 jours : le samedi 18 juin à "A-Venue Mall Parking Lot" et à "Greenbelt 3 Parking Lot" puis le mardi 23 Juin aux jardins de Puerta Real à Intramuros.
Plus de 20 scènes seront également installées dans les rues de Manilles pour la célébration de cet évènement qui réunira tous les genres musicaux pour une expérience complète.
Cette année, le festival accueillera des groupes philippins des plus renommés comme Up Dharma Down, Kjwan, Pupil, Imago, Yolanda Moon, Bituin Escalante, Kat Agarrado (of Sinosikat), Gabby Alipe (of Urbandub), et de nombreux autres.
Cette année, L'Alliance française a invité le chanteur compositeur français Nathan Zanagar qui a fait sensation sur Youtube. Il se produira sur les scènes de Makati avec ses musiciens le 18 juin 2016.
Depuis maintenant 22 ans, la Fête de la Musique à Manille a su mettre en avant le meilleur de la musique philippine, en gardant à l'esprit les idéaux français de Liberté, d'Egalité et de Fraternité.
