Beyoncé, album de l'année

Pour la première fois de sa carrière, Beyoncé remporte le Grammy de l’album de l’année pour Cowboy Carter. L’artiste américaine la plus sacrée repart également avec les prix de meilleure performance country pour un duo et meilleur album country.

 

 

Kendrick Lamar repart avec cinq Grammys

Mais la star de la soirée reste sans aucun doute Kendrick Lamar qui repart avec cinq Grammys, dont les convoités meilleure chanson et meilleur enregistrement de l’année pour Not like us. Des récompenses qui ne raviront pas le rappeur Drake fortement attaqué dans le titre. « Rien de plus puissant que la musique rap, […] nous sommes la culture. », a-t-il déclaré.

 

 

Chappell Roan, Doechii, Sabrina Carpenter et Charlie XCX récompensées

Dans les nouvelles têtes américaines, Chappell Roan s’est vue remettre le Grammy de meilleure révélation et Sabrina Carpenter pour le meilleur album Pop et meilleure performance pop en solo. Le duo pop Lady Gaga et Bruno Mars ont remporté le Grammy pour leur titre Die with a Smile. Charlie XCX a décroché celui de meilleur album electro/dance pour Brat, l’album le plus streamé cette année 2024. Le nouveau visage du rap Doechii a remporté le titre d'album rap de l'année pour Alligator Bites Never Heal.

 

 

Des Français sacrés aux Grammys 2025

Le célèbre groupe métal Gojira a remporté le Grammy de la meilleure performance metal de l’année pour leur prestation à la cérémonie d’ouverture des Jeux Olympiques. Justice a remporté le prix du meilleur enregistrement electro-dance.
