Meet L'Epicerie
L’Epicerie is a café focusing on delivering the most authentic experience of « l’art de vivre à la Française ». From our classic « bonjour » to the delicious food we serve including the decor and the staff, everything makes you feel like in France. L’Epicerie offers a great range of pastries including our famous almond croissant, delicious crêpes and galettes. Because fresh is best, the coffee we serve is roasted on site (single origin, fair trade and organic beans). We believe in quality so we make our own bread fresh everyday, we cold smoke South Island salmon and more. L’Epicerie is not only a café, it’s also a social and cultural hub where locals share their love for the French culture and practice their French.
Address: 73 the strand, Whakatane
