Ce trophée récompense la meilleure boulangerie-pâtisserie française de Nouvelle-Zélande.

Ma Boulangerie is a french bakery, owned by french bakers with knowledge on breads, pastries, pâtisserie, chocolate and catering food which cover all aspects of what a french bakery has to offer. Ma Boulangerie is producing a large range of products all from french processes and recipes and with as much as possible New Zealand ingredients, some products may have a kiwi twist to satisfy all palates. We're offering classic pastries made and baked daily from the well known pain au chocolat to the beloved almond croissant.
We also have an expanded range of pâtisserie and cake and of course some fresh rolls, sandwiches and breads. Enter Ma Boulangerie and you will feel the french spirit of a french bakery.
