Job description for proposed role: Commercial manager and Experienced commercial Manager (min. experience 5 years) Background to the company Grupo LT is a family of French companies founded in 2000 and operating in Mexico and Latin America across a range of industries and offering services from consultancy to full commercial representation. The predominant working language of the office is French; the business language with our Mexican clients is Spanish. English is also used for reporting purposes for some of our partner companies. Commercial Responsibilities Working as another member of the Mexico-City based teams, this part of the role will comprise: Requirements of the role What will the candidate gain from this role? Novateam is a dynamic company, with a mix of nationalities working in the same environment. Our experience of the sector, network of customers, and working habits with our partners makes Novateam a strong player in the turnkey meat processing projects. Timing You will spend the first weeks in training in Mexico at our head offices, in order to assure a rapid integration into the Novateam and a thorough initial period of training. During this period, there will also be the possibility of participating in trade shows, in order to meet both partner companies and clients from the zone. Le groupe Novelda, leader de l'importation des produits d'Epicerie fine ibérique au Mexique (65% des Jambons importés d'Espagne en 2014), recrute son futur Area Manager Novelda Francia Profil : profil expérimenté de préférence, connaissant bien la distribution sélective gourmet au DF et l'agroalimentaire, la gestion commerciale, le marketing et son promoteur des ventes Novelda Francia (première expérience, dynamisme commercial et passion produit terroir requis, animations et événements d'aide à la revente). Le groupe Novelda possède un département au Mexique qui facture 15,000,000 de pesos (10 en fromage de spécialités de France, 5 en produits dérivés du Canard). Postes basés au DF, Oficinas près de la Raza. Mission de terrain, vente passion, mais aussi qualités de rigueur et d'organisation des tournées requises, bien connaitre ses clients, établir des prévisions de ventes, pour assurer la rotation des stocks mensuellement, et la fraicheur des produits. Le métier d'importation de produits gourmet de France et notamment des fromages AOC/AOP au Mexique n'est pas facile, mais passionnant, c'est une excellente école de développement personnel et de vente, qui ne connait pas la crise, avec des objectifs ambitieux et réalisables.
